What we do

Self investment

Investing in yourself in these turbulent times is the safest investment you will ever make, as every successful person makes time to grow and develop themselves, which then leads to the nurturing and supporting of others to achieve.

Mission & Vision

A statement of mission communicates the purpose of an organisation, team, or group. It is a clear and succinct statement of why the organisation exists.

Vision communicates what the organisation will do or become in the next five to ten years. Vision is filled with anticipation, expectation, and inspiration, and provides direction for a group.

Values

Values describe an organisation’s culture and beliefs. Clarifying values is important when developing or seeking to modify expectations of one another.

Sarah’s vast experience means that she will be carrying out a variety of activities from one day to the next!  There are no typical weeks’, but here is a snapshot! …

Monday – designing, delivering and facilitating a vision, purpose and values workshop with a leadership team – supporting them in understanding and agreeing their shared purpose and direction.

Tuesday – it’s all about leadership development for new managers – delivered in her own unique, engaging style!

Middle of the week – Wednesday – you might find Sarah working with Leadership Team building a People and Culture Strategy which will drive engagement across the business.

Thursday – creating a fit for purpose performance management process which Sarah will launch across the business – giving managers the confidence to have open, honest and engaging performance conversations with their teams.  Employees who understand the positive difference they are making in the business through clear objectives and purpose.

Friday already!  Before a well-deserved glass of red wine and her favourite Indian takeaway, Sarah’s focus could be on creating a resource plan including internal progression to support an organisation’s growth for the future.   Always focussed on the end in mind! There may also be coaching, and support needed for a manager who has a disciplinary to manage – building their skills and knowledge so that it is managed fairly and in line with statutory requirements.

Throughout the week there will be a number of coffee and catch-up opportunities with Lisa to talk through planned TalentPredix workshops and debriefs and to marvel at the impact it is having in organisations across the globe!

The weekend is for children’s activities.  Sarah spends time with her family and watches her son and daughter play in their football teams – cheering them on (embarrassingly) with passion!
